SIL is an NDIS support for participants who need help with daily activities while living in shared or supported accommodation. At Livora Care, SIL is delivered with a strong focus on participant choice, dignity and skill development.

Collaboration and Intake
Livora Care collaborates with support coordinators, local area coordinators, occupational therapists, behaviour support practitioners and allied health professionals so that SIL arrangements remain aligned with each participant's NDIS plan and goals.
Submit the referral form with participant details, requested supports, and any risk or safety considerations.
Our team reviews the referral and contacts the referrer or participant to confirm service suitability and availability.
Where appropriate, we arrange a free consultation and develop a service agreement and onboarding plan.
