At Livora Care, we believe that listening to participants, families and partners helps us continuously improve our services.

You are welcome to share feedback about your experience, suggestions for improvement, compliments about staff, or concerns and complaints. All feedback is taken seriously and handled respectfully and confidentially.

Making a complaint will never affect the supports you receive.
