Policy
Participant Rights
Dignity and Respect
Participants have the right to be treated with dignity, respect, fairness and cultural sensitivity in every interaction with Livora Care.
Supports should promote privacy, autonomy, safety and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Choice and Control
Participants should be involved in decisions about their supports, routines, goals and the way services are delivered.
Livora Care aims to work collaboratively with participants, families, representatives and support networks so that services reflect individual preferences and needs.
Feedback and Advocacy
Participants can raise feedback, complaints or concerns without fear of disadvantage, and they may seek support from an advocate, family member or representative at any time.
Information about complaints, privacy and safeguarding should remain accessible and easy to understand.
